Anat Ebgi opens its first New York gallery in Tribeca. https://ift.tt/Ds2cIBX

Anat Ebgi has announced the opening of a new 5,000-square-foot space at 372 Broadway in New York’s Tribeca neighborhood. The expansive new location boasts two floors, a mezzanine level, and dedicated areas for on-site storage and private viewing—a significantly larger space than its three Los Angeles counterparts. Moira Sims, most recently a director at Simone Subal Gallery, will join Anat Ebgi as the New York director.

Gallery founder Anat Ebgi, who previously lived in New York, established her presence on the West Coast in 2008 with The Company. In 2012, she founded her eponymous gallery in Culver City before opening two additional locations in the Mid-Wilshire and Los Feliz neighborhoods.

The gallery soft-launched the New York space on November 2nd during the Art Dealers Association of America’s annual fair, The Art Show, where its booth was selected among Artsy’s best booths. Anat Ebgi will officially inaugurate its New York location in January 2024, showcasing the gallery’s artists. In March, the gallery will open a solo show of works by Greg Ito titled “Sink or Swim.”
